Exhibit spaces at Kansas City Games for Good offer a great chance to:
Broaden awareness of your mission
Support community volunteerism
Expose families to available services and service opportunities
Network with like-minded organizations who may be potential partners
More than 40 organizations participated in the last event: even more participants are expected in 2019!
Exhibitor organizations are asked to staff an information booth from noon to 4:00pm. on the day of the event and can participate in the Kid's Scavenger Hunt if they would like. each exhibit area includes a designated 10'x10' space with one 6' table and two chairs. In addition, the logo of each exhibitor will be posted on kcgamesforgood.org and linked to your web site.
There are 3 levels of Exhibitor Participation:
1) Partner Organizations
In addition to staffing the information booth, Partner Organizations are asked to enter a five-person team in the competitions and commit to promoting the event on their social media channels in the weeks leading up to the Games
These 501(c)3 Partners can also qualify to win one of three cash prizes based on their team's performance in the competitions.
1st Place: $3,000
2nd Place: $2,000
3rd Place: $1,000
Partner Organizations are asked to contribute a team entry fee to help cover the costs of the competition:
$75 Early Registration (before/on July 14)
$150 Registration (after July 14)
2) Exhibitor Organizations
There is no charge to Nonprofit Organizations and Government Services/Agencies to exhibit.
3) Service Provider
Commercial Service Providers are asked to pay $250 to help cover equipment costs.
